Changed your mind? You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

Submit your request through our Return or withdraw your order form. Once your request has been received, we will provide you with return instructions and a tracked return shipping label.

A €7.95 / 79 SEK return fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

After notifying us that you wish to return your purchase, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

Please keep your return receipt and tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

Condition of returned products

You are welcome to inspect and try your product as you would in a store. Returned products should, however, be kept in their original condition.

Products must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn beyond what is necessary to inspect or try them on. Please keep all original tags and labels attached.

If a product has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make a corresponding deduction from your refund.

Please pack your return carefully to protect it during transport.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Where required under applicable consumer protection legislation, standard delivery costs will also be reimbursed.

We may wait to issue your refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, please return your original item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been received and processed, you can place a new order for your preferred size, provided it is still in stock.

Please note that we cannot reserve or guarantee availability of another size while your return is being processed. If you want to secure another size, you may place a new order before returning your original item.

A €7.95 return fee applies.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, submit a withdrawal request as soon as possible. Where possible, we will cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned and the standard €7.95 / 79 SEK return fee will apply.

Faulty products

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Service rather than submitting it as a standard return. Approved complaints are handled separately, and we cover the return shipping cost for an approved defective product.
